Hello! Introductions are always kind of awkard so I'll keep it brief. I'm DieNand (that’s pronounced dee‘nand), and this place is my blog. Up until recently I've been neglecting things here, but I finally found something to dedicate these pages to.

I've been a hobbyist photographer for a long time and I've taken a lot of photos. Lately I've been getting more intentional with this hobby because I realized that it was something I could actually get good at. My goal with the blog is to share my knowledge and my art and hopefully we can get better together!

Photography is a complex topic and there’s a lot of obscure knowledge, but as much as I can, I will try to simplify the jargon used here so you can follow along and learn about this wonderful expressive art form. If you’re looking to stay informed of activity here you can subscribe to my newsletter. I’m trying to keep a monthly schedule, but that may not always be possible.
